R&A is proud of its commitment to service, and our attorneys reflect that dedication. Ramiro Rodriguez, Jr. and John Paul LaBouff have experience helping clients throughout the country. During their career, they have both established themselves as excellent in their field and they have come together to put their devotion to their clients ahead of all else.

Ramiro Rodriguez, Jr. is a native born Texan who grew up in McAllen, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M. He then went on to earn his J.D. from John Marshall School of Law where he not only graduated cum laude, he was also an active member of the law review.

Mr. Rodriguez’s practice focuses on personal injury, criminal defense and recent immigration law (Visas EB-5and DACA.

He has experience aggressively defending clients charged with both misdemeanors and felonies, including drug possession, driving under the influence, molestation, drug distribution, and other charges. As a compassionate personal injury lawyer and fierce advocate for defendants, Ramiro Rodriguez, Jr. is an efficient and effective warrior for justice. As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Rodriguez has personally tried cases ranging from automobile and tractor trailer accidents to slip and falls and dog bites. He has tried many cases throughout the state of Georgia.


John Paul LaBouff earned his Law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1992. There, he acted as both an editor and a contributor to the Computer and High Technology Law Journal which has received both national and international recognition as a leading forum for multidisciplinary discourse on emerging issues relating to technology, the law, and public policy.

After graduation, Mr. LaBouff practiced law in California for three years before moving to Atlanta. While in Georgia, he served the chair of the Small Firm and Sole Practitioner section of the Atlanta bar after working as a board member for a short time. His expertise in workers’ compensation law is sought after and he has spoken at several seminars on that topic. His eighteen years’ experience is being put to use at the law firm of R&A by working exclusively with workers’ compensations cases.


Jonathan Page’s practice focuses on catastrophic injury litigation, tractor trailer accidents, intellectual property, labor and employment law, and business counseling and litigation.

Mr. Page received his J.D. degree, magna cum laude with Pro Bono distinction, from Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Page served as President of the Moot Court Board, and he was selected as Best Advocate in the College of Law’s Oral Argument Competition. The College of Law honored Mr. Page with an award for Excellence in Professional Responsibility. Mr. Page also clerked for Justice Robert Benham of the Supreme Court of Georgia. Prior to law school, Mr. Page attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received his Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology and Culture with Highest Honor.

Mr. Page is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He and his wife, Mariana, reside in East Cobb with their four children.
